Adding Calendars and Reminder Lists

Calendars

Add, modify, or remove calendars directly from within Fantastical:

  • Tap on the settings icon in Fantastical
  • Tap on Calendars
  • Tap on Edit
  • Tap on Add Calendar… to add a new calendar to an account
  • Tap on an existing calendar to edit the calendar’s name or color

Note: Calendars on Google accounts can only be modified on Google Calendar’s web interface. Add or remove calendars there and then changes will be shown in Fantastical.

Reminder Lists

Manage reminder lists from the built-in Reminders app.

To create a new reminder list:

  • Open the Reminders app
  • If a reminder list is open, tap on the list’s name to show all reminder lists
  • Pull down on the reminder lists to reveal the search bar
  • Tap on the plus button to the right of the search bar and select List to create a new reminder list

To edit or remove an existing reminder list:

  • Open the Reminders app
  • Tap on the list you want to edit or remove
  • Tap the Edit button
  • Tap on the list name to change the name, or tap Color to change the color
  • Tap Delete List at the bottom to remove the list
  • Tap Done when you’re done making changes
