Operations Manager

What you’ll be working on

We’re looking for a self-motivated Operations Manager who can help us manage and grow our company. You’ll work with our CEO and have the opportunity to make (and implement) important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.

Accounting: You’ll work with our accountant on budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. You’ll also help with invoices and managing payments.

HR: You’ll support employee on/off-boarding and recruiting. You’ll also help with payroll, health benefits, and internal company communications.

What you'll be working on

We’re a small company, so you’ll be on the front lines creating apps that real people use every day. You'll be adding new features to Fantastical and Cardhop, as well as hunting for bugs and helping to keep everything running smoothly for our users. Areas you'll be working on include UI/UX development, databases, networking (including CalDAV, Exchange Web Services, and other APIs), and more – across macOS, iOS, and watchOS.

Junior Software Engineer
Mac & iOS

What you'll be working on

You’ll be working with our support and development teams to help keep our apps running smoothly for our users. This includes triaging reported issues, examining debug logs, fixing bugs, and making improvements.

Expect to see all there is to see in Fantastical and Cardhop. Troubleshooting and debugging means you’ll gain experience reading and writing code across many domains, including UI, databases, networking (including CalDAV, Exchange Web Services, and other APIs), and more – across macOS, iPadOS, iOS, and watchOS.

If you love to troubleshoot problems and you’re looking to learn about the inner workings of a mature macOS, iPadOS, iOS, and watchOS app that is used by hundreds of thousands of people, this role may be for you!

What you'll be working on

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Windows developer to help bring the joy of Flexibits apps to Windows. This will include learning the ins and outs of Fantastical and Cardhop on macOS and iOS and bringing their magic to Windows, all the way from the natural language parser to the beautiful user interface.

Software Engineer
Web Backend

What you'll be working on

We're a small company, so there are always many things going on at once. This means there will be the opportunity to wear multiple hats and there will always be something new and interesting to work on!

You'll be helping us build backend services in Django, Python, and occasionally Go, as well as help us keep our Kubernetes-powered infrastructure running smoothly. You'll also help fix bugs and make improvements to our existing services and troubleshoot customer issues when they come in.

A short summary of our tech stack: We use Django, Python, Go, React, and TypeScript (with a tiny bit of PHP and WordPress). Our databases are MySQL and Redis, and everything is running on Google Cloud and Google Kubernetes Engine.
