Flexibits Premium for Teams is a popular option for business, big or small, looking to improve their productivity by ensuring all team members have access to Fantastical and Cardhop.
As the number of members using the Teams plan has grown, we’ve received a lot of feedback on how we can make it even better. We’ve rolled out several new additions over the past few months that are exclusive to the Flexibits Premium Team plan. So without further ado, let’s review what’s now available for your team!
Team roles
To make managing a Team as easy as possible, we added multiple plan roles that can be assigned to team members.

There are three roles available for members of a team:
- Administrator: Manages billing for the team and adds or removes Flexibits Premium for team members. There can only be one administrator on the plan at any time, and changing the administrator requires contacting Flexibits directly.
- Manager: Adds or removes Flexibits Premium for team members. You can have multiple managers on your team.
- Member: Regular team member that does not have extra privileges.
Administrator and Manager users can be added to the Team plan without giving access to the Premium features, allowing them to manage other members of the team without using a paid seat on the plan.
Quickly add multiple members to a team
Another option that we added to help with managing a Team is the ability to invite multiple members to the team at once instead of having to add them one at a time.

Simply enter email addresses separated by commas, or paste a CSV string, to add new members up to the unused seat limit on your plan.
Team Single-Sign On (SSO)
Teams can now enable Single-Sign On so that all members can sign in using an organization’s SSO provider. With support for SSO through Google Workspace, Azure, or any OIDC or SAML services, this new option makes signing in to a Flexibits Account even more convenient and secure.

Once configured, the plan administrator has the option to require all members of the team to enable and use SSO on their Flexibits Accounts going forward.
Multiple Hosts on Openings Templates
Our final Team-exclusive feature is the ability to add multiple hosts to your meeting templates in Openings.

Any member of your Team that has an active Flexibits Premium subscription can be added as a host to a meeting template. Once added to the template, Openings will check the availability of all hosts to offer only dates and times that will work for everyone. The template owner is solely in charge of accepting or rejecting meeting requests, but the available slots shown are a combination of all hosts’ availability.
