Ah, it’s 2025. (It sounds weird to us, too, but we checked to make sure.)

Time not only marches… it sprints, crawls, drifts, and occasionally meanders, leaving us wondering where all those hours went. While advancing technology can’t actually stop this process, it does provide us with some new opportunities for sharing our precious free time with friends and family. 

Here’s where Fantastical comes in: RSVP watch parties.

We know how difficult it is to get a group of adults together for any length of time in 2025 – family/work obligations, shifting schedules, and the siren song of pet-themed subreddits all vie for our attention and limited time.

Setting up an RSVP watch event is easy! Not like, say, a man escorting a teenager across the country in the middle of a zombie apocalypse.

Create your event in Fantastical and enable the “RSVP event link” option – this will allow you to send a link to your invitees so that they can respond with a Yes/No/Maybe.

 
Make sure to enable a conference call link to your RSVP event so your invitees can all quickly join the group call. You can even set an alert a few minutes prior to the event, so you can remind “that guy” that he’s on mute yet again before the show starts!
