It’s time for another roundup of some of the biggest new features recently added for Flexibits Premium users in Fantastical!
Everything listed below requires a Flexibits Premium subscription and Fantastical 4.1.9 or later, so make sure you’re running the latest release and let’s jump right in.
Improved Microsoft Teams integration
One of our most requested features is now available for professional Microsoft 365 accounts: the ability to add a Teams meeting to events created on non-Microsoft calendar accounts.
Enable the Allow creating Microsoft Teams meetings on other accounts setting in the account details to see the Teams option show up when creating your events in the app.

Upgraded Watch complications
We’ve leveled up the Fantastical experience on the Apple Watch with the addition of configurable complications!
Add multiples of the same complication, with each showing different information from Fantastical, when using any of these configurable complications:
- Up Next
- Up Next Timeline
- Today’s Remaining Items
- Today’s Schedule
When editing your watch face, look for the complications that have a small arrow to the right of the name.

Once selected you can customize settings, such as which calendars are shown and if events or tasks are shown.

Customized Fantastical Scheduling
Fantastical Scheduling now offers the ability to customize your Openings, Proposals, and RSVPs with the new White-Labeling feature.
Add your logo and set a theme with personalized colors by going to the White-Labeling section of your Flexibits Account.

Webhooks for Fantastical Scheduling
Another exciting new option for Scheduling is Webhooks integration!

Webhooks allow you to send Fantastical Scheduling event notifications to n8n, your own server, or any webhook-compatible service. These webhook events are supported:
- Openings Appointment Requested
- Openings Appointment Confirmed
- Proposals Confirmed
- RSVP Response
