Conference Call Support
Quickly join conference calls
Fantastical's quick join feature automatically works with a wide range of conference call services.
If you have an event that includes a link to join one of our supported services, then Fantastical will detect that and display a call badge alongside the event in the Event List, Day view, and Week view, indicating that this event has a call attached.
When the time draws near for your scheduled call, Fantastical will automatically display a Join button in the Event List, Day view, and Week view. A Join icon will also appear in macOS's Menu bar, alongside Fantastical's Menu bar icon. Click the Join button to instantly join the call.
Fantastical's quick join feature is supported by the following services: FaceTme, Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Skype (for Business), Google Meet, GoToMeeting, RingCentral Meetings, BlueJeans (Events), Whereby, Chime, Lifesize, VooV, BigBlueButton, HighFive, Vidyo, Circuit, StarLeaf, Lifesize, Blackboard, Lync, Around, Hopin, Vonage, Doxy, Jitsi Meet, TheraNest, SimplePractice, Dialpad Meetings, Gather, Huddle net2phone, Workplace Rooms, 3CX, MiTeam Meetings and RiversideFM.
Conference call creation
Fantastical works with existing conference call services to add conference calls directly to your events and invites. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Google Meet, and Webex are currently supported. Just add your account to Settings > Accounts, and then you'll be able to create calls for these services right from the event details section of your events.
Add or remove meetings
Click on the show details button when creating or editing an event and check the checkbox for the meeting type you want to add. The meeting info will automatically be added to the event's notes.
Need to remove a meeting that you already created? Uncheck the checkbox for the meeting type, then close the event to save the changes.
